Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final after 14 days of delivery. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

INTERSTATE | We accept returns/exchanges on all full priced items that are unworn, unwashed and unmarked goods within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returns are to be at the buyer’s expense, however if you would prefer an exchange than the second shipment is complementary. We are not liable for loss of goods being returned, so we recommend using a traceable delivery method.

Please note we do not accept returns on any of our sale items.

INTERNATIONAL | We accept returns on all International orders however all shipping costs are at the buyers expense so please choose carefully when purchasing overseas. 

Please print out our RETURNS FORM here. Please fill out and enclose this in your return shipment for us to process your exchange or refund efficiently. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 2-6 business days for your funds to appear back in your account. 


Please note that HEMPIRE COLLECTIVE reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund or exchange if the item appears to have been worn, washed or damaged in any way.

*ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT THEY WERE SENT OUT.
